Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping
We currently ship to the continental United States. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

This return policy is designed to protect our customers and prevent fraudulent claims. If you have questions about our return policy that cannot be answered by the terms set forth below, please visit our store or call (888) 33-CHAAR.
Select merchandise may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase with original receipt, in unused condition, with original packaging, and with tags attached. Exceptions Apply. Refunds will be issued in the same tender type as the original purchase. Credit card refunds can only be credited to the exact same account from which the purchase was made. Check refunds will be made 10 days from return date. Cash returns totaling more than $75 after all taxes will be paid by check 10 days from the return date. Cash returns under $75 will be paid in cash provided there is enough cash in a single register drawer to process the return and still have sufficient change for subsequent transactions. If a refund cannot be made in the exact tender used for the purchase, store credit will be given. Your current name, address, phone number, and reason for the return must be provided for all returns.
You may return dog or cat food for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase with original receipt and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping on all dog and cat food returns. Your current name, address, phone number, and reason for the return must be provided for all returns, including dog and cat food returns.
No refund, credit, exchange, or allowance will be made to merchandise that appears to be worn, used, washed, or dry cleaned as determined by a Chaar associate.
Special orders can be returned within ten days for store credit only and will result in a 15% or $15 (whichever is greater) restocking fee. Custom orders can only be returned due to manufacturing defect. Returns for manufacturing defect will be processed after a Chaar associate consults the brand or manufacturer of the product on the specific instance of the defect and of any warranty guidelines that may apply.
Saddles may be returned within three days for in-store purchase or five days for online orders in an unused condition as determined by a Chaar associate. Dog beds may be returned within three days provided that they are unsoiled or stained, and have not been washed, cleaned, or dry cleaned as determined by a Chaar associate.
No returns or exchanges for multimedia merchandise including, but not limited to Magazines, Books, CDs, DVDs, and software.
No returns or exchange on Horse, Livestock, & Wild Bird Feed, Supplements, Wormers, Farm Gates, Kennels, Round Pens, Stall Mats, or Bedding except in case of manufacturer’s defect. <
Clearance and sale merchandise sales are final. If you made a sizing error when purchasing a sale or clearance item it may be returned for store credit within 30 days in new condition with all tags attached and receipt.
Layaways require a 25% deposit up front and must be paid in full no later than 90 days from the date of initial deposit. If a layaway is not paid in full within 90 days, the deposit and merchandise are automatically forfeited to Chaar. No return or allowances accepted on layaways.
Price adjustment may only be made on apparel and footwear within 5 days of the date of purchase and are only eligible for store credit. Original receipt must be present for price adjustments. Coupons may not be redeemed for price adjustments. Special orders are excluded from price adjustments.
All judgments on the condition of the product to be returned and the eligibility of the return are held to the sole discretion of Chaar and its associates.
