CHAAR DOG TRAINING SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We are so confident in our dog training program that we guarantee your satisfaction.

For 6 Week Group Classes
 If after two sessions from one of our 6 week group classes, you feel that our training is not satisfactory, we will refund you for the entire class. All we ask in return is that you notify your trainer any time before, or immediately (within 48 hours) after the second session. Also, please retain a copy of your receipt so that we can properly allocate the refund.
For 5 Week Classes:
We offer the same guarantee for our 5 week classes; we just need you notify your trainer right after the first class.
Puppy Head Start:
We can refund you for the group class portion if you’re unsatisfied after two classes ($100), just notify your trainer right after the second group session.
…Of other students in the class?
We know that sometimes some dogs (or people) just rub each other the wrong way. If you want, we can offer you enrollment in a different class, or trade your group class in for 2  private lessons (and because privates are 1-on-1, you cover a lot more per lesson).
…I don’t like the trainer?
We’ll be happy to refund you, or if you prefer, we can enroll you in the same class type with a different instructor.
…I don’t like the training methods?
Our training methods are based on basic psychological principles such as classical and operant conditioning that have been scientifically proven to get the best results with not only dogs, but all kind of animals, and even humans. That said, we know that not everyone likes to use those methods.
…I wanted to take a different type of class that is offered at Chaar?
No problem, we can just switch you to the other class. Talk to your trainer or a sales associate about switching to a different class.
…I wanted to take a different type of class that is not offered at Chaar?
Please tell us what it is, we might actually offer the class you are looking for or have a similar alternative. Even if we don’t, we love to learn the kind of things our customers want so that some day we might be able to offer them.
…I just don’t like the class?
Sometimes there are things that just aren’t for everyone. We understand and it’s ok. But before you go, we’d really like to hear what you’d change about our classes.


Terms & Conditions:
To receive a refund for the Chaar Dog Training Satisfaction Guarantee you must:
(a)6 Week Group Classes – notify us of your dissatisfaction and present your receipt for refund immediately after (within 48 hours) the second class session.
(b)5 Week Group Classes – notify us of your dissatisfaction and present your receipt for refund immediately after (within 48 hours) the first class session.
(c)Puppy Head Start Classes – notify us of your dissatisfaction and present your receipt for refund after  (within 48 hours) the second session of the group class portion. Refunds for puppy head start do not include the private lesson portions. Your refund will be based on the discounted price of a 6 Week Level 1 Class at the time of purchase ($100).
Private Lessons:
We will refund you for any private lessons that you have not yet taken, provided that you notify an associate or the trainer within 48 hours following the lesson.  At this time we are unable to offer refunds for private lessons that have already been executed.

If you withdraw from a class and accept a refund for any satisfaction-related reason other than dissatisfaction with other students in the class, we may restrict your ability to repurchase the same class/instructor combination for 90 days.
Original receipt must be presented to receive a refund. If no receipt is present, store credit will be issued. Refunds will only be made to the same tender type and account as the original purchase.
REFUNDS FOR THE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE ANY TIME BEFORE, OR IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING (within 24 hours) THE SECOND SESSION ( 6 WEEK CLASSES) OR FIRST SESSION ( 5 WEEK CLASSES) OF THE CLASS IN WHICH YOU ARE ENROLLED. ANY REQUEST FOR REFUND AFTER THAT TIME MAY BE DECLINED. A RECEIPT FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE MUST BE PRESENTED TO RECEIVE A REFUND IN ANY TENDER TYPE OTHER THAN STORE CREDIT.
