Will boots and shoes be available at the Saucon Valley location?

• No, the Saucon Valley location will only offer pet supplies, grooming services, and wild bird supplies.  For other products and services that CHAAR offers please visit our anchor store at 1635 Airport Rd, Allentown, PA 18109.

I have a frequent buyer program set up for a certain brand of food at the Airport Rd location.  Will purchases at the Saucon Valley location count toward it?

• Right now the manufacturer frequent buyer programs are store-specific, meaning you can only use it at one physical location.  If you'd like us to transfer yours to the Saucon Valley location, just let us know and we'd be happy to do it.  

I need to return a pair of jeans, can I just take them back to the Saucon store?  

• We can only accept returns for "like items" at each store.  That means we can take pet food & supply returns at Saucon regardles of which store you made the origingal purchase at, but not footwear and clothing, for example.
